SHRUTI
These word is derived from the root “SHRI”. Its mean to hear & its core meaning is any sound that can be distinctly heared by the ear Or it is the smallest interval of pitch that the human ear can detect. It has been used in several contexts throught the history of Indian music.

There is Naad uncountable but shruti is only 22.Maximum time in music shruti word is used not naad.
